Kevin Henderson joined the firm in an “of counsel” position on January 2, 2003. Prior to joining the firm, Judge Henderson served from 1995 to 2002 as Judge of County Court at Law No. 1 in Williamson County, Texas. While on the bench, he presided over thousands of family, criminal, civil, and probate cases. Judge Henderson is a graduate of Texas Tech University and Texas Tech School of Law and has been licensed as an attorney since 1980. He is admitted to practice in the Northern and Western District Courts of Texas and is a member or former member of the State Bar of Texas, the State Bar Judicial Section, the College of the State Bar (an organization recognizing outstanding efforts in Continuing Legal Education), the College of Probate Judges (an organization dedicated to continuing judicial education in probate and guardianship matters) and the Travis and Williamson County Bar Associations. He is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
